This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit Peaceful Pulse (the "Store") at https://peacefulpulse.shop or make a purchase from it.

1. Who We Are

This Store is operated by Shane Nash (the "Seller") located at 145 Eden Street, Oamaru, OTAGO 9400, New Zealand. The Store is built on the MyDesigns platform, operated by MyDesigns, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("MyDesigns").

The Seller and MyDesigns each handle your information for different purposes:

MyDesigns operates the Store's technical infrastructure and checkout, and acts as the merchant of record for purchases. MyDesigns processes your information to run the platform, process payments, calculate and remit sales tax, prevent fraud, coordinate production and shipping, issue refunds, and maintain platform security and analytics.

The Seller uses your information to manage its store, respond to your questions, fulfill its customer relationship with you, and — if you opt in — send you marketing communications.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Order and contact information: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number when you place or attempt to place an order.

Payment information: your payment details are collected directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Communications and content: messages you send us, and any reviews, ratings, or photos you choose to submit.

Marketing preferences: your email address if you sign up for updates or opt in to marketing at checkout.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Store, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Store, including your IP address, browser type, time zone, the pages and products you view, referring sites and search terms, and information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. 3. How We Use Your Information

To process your orders and payments, arrange production and shipping of physical products, and deliver digital products.

To send you order confirmations, invoices, shipping updates, and service messages about your purchase.

To respond to your questions and provide customer support.

To screen orders for fraud and risk, and to secure the Store and platform.

To calculate, collect, and remit sales tax where required by law.

To understand how the Store is used and improve products, the Store, and the platform.

With your consent or as otherwise permitted by law, to send marketing communications and to advertise the Store, including measuring the effectiveness of advertising. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the Store and as described below:

MyDesigns: your order information is processed through the MyDesigns platform to provide checkout, payment, tax, fraud prevention, fulfillment routing, and platform analytics, as described in Section 1.

Print and fulfillment partners: for physical products, your name, shipping address, and order details are shared with the print and fulfillment providers and shipping carriers that produce and deliver your order. They may not use your information for their own marketing.

Payment processing: payment data is processed by Stripe to complete the transaction and by related services to calculate applicable taxes.

Service providers: providers that support the Store, such as email and messaging services (for example, Klaviyo, where the Seller uses it), hosting, and analytics providers.

Advertising partners: we may share limited information (such as identifiers, device information, and browsing or purchase activity) with advertising platforms such as Google and Meta through cookies and pixels, to measure and improve advertising and to show you relevant ads. This activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," under some U.S. state privacy laws — you can opt out as described in Section 8.

Legal and safety: we may disclose information to comply with applicable law or legal process, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of buyers, sellers, MyDesigns, or others.

Business transfers: if MyDesigns or the Seller is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. Cookies and Advertising

The Store uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as your cart and checkout), analytics, and advertising, including tools from Google and Meta. 6. Data Retention

We retain order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Certain transaction and tax records must be retained for legally required periods. We retain other information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to: request access to the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information; receive a portable copy of your information; opt out of "sales," "sharing," and targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising where required by law.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf where permitted by law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond as required by your state's law.

Purchases are currently available to U.S. buyers only, but if you visit the Store from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (processing an order or inquiry), legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the Store), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies, where required), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records). You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data and to data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
