Cookie & Advertising Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This Cookie & Advertising Policy explains how Peaceful Pulse (the "Store") at https://peacefulpulse.shop uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy. The Store is operated by Shane Nash and powered by the MyDesigns platform (MyDesigns, Inc.).

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Pixels (also called web beacons or tags) are small pieces of code that work with cookies to recognize your device and collect information about how you use a site. Together, these technologies help the Store function, remember your preferences, understand how the Store is used, and measure and deliver advertising.

2. The Technologies We Use

Essential

Required for the Store to work. These enable core features such as your shopping cart, checkout, secure payment processing through Stripe, fraud prevention, and load balancing. They cannot be switched off through our controls because the Store cannot function without them.

Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use the Store — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and where problems occur — so we can improve it. The Store uses tools such as Google Analytics, deployed via Google Tag Manager.

Advertising

Used to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to show you relevant ads for the Store on other sites and platforms. The Store may use:

Google advertising tags (Google Ads): conversion measurement and remarketing. Learn more or manage your settings at adssettings.google.com and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): conversion measurement, audience building, and remarketing. Learn more or manage your settings in your Meta account at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Email and Marketing

Where the Seller uses an email marketing service (such as Klaviyo), cookies and pixels may be used to recognize you when you arrive from a marketing email, manage sign-up forms, and measure email engagement.

3. Interest-Based Advertising and Your Choices

The advertising technologies above may collect identifiers, device information, and information about your browsing and purchase activity on the Store, and share it with the advertising platform involved. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this is considered "targeted advertising" or a "sale"/"sharing" of personal information. You can opt out in the following ways:

Browser settings: most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Store (including checkout) may not work.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor the GPC browser signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale/sharing of personal information where required by law.

Platform controls: manage your ad preferences directly with Google at adssettings.google.com and with Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Industry opt-outs: visit the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org to opt out of participating companies' interest-based advertising.

Opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will stop seeing ads — only that the ads you see may be less relevant to you.

4. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, the Store does not respond to them at this time. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described above.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the technologies used on the Store change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
